1. Acceptance

By accessing axonanalytics.io or engaging with any Axon Analytics service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Services

Axon Analytics builds custom Operational Intelligence systems for enterprise clients. Every engagement is scoped, agreed in writing, and governed by a separate Master Services Agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, quote, or binding commitment.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, product names, diagrams, and visual assets — is the property of Axon Analytics. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

4. Discovery calls and inquiries

Discovery calls booked through this site are free and non-binding. We do not charge for exploratory conversations. Any commercial engagement requires a signed agreement.

5. Referrals and partnerships

The Work With Us referral program pays 10% of a closed contract value within 30 days of signature. Full terms are sent to every accepted referral partner before any deal is credited.

6. Voice agent

Ali, our voice agent, is a conversational assistant. Her responses are generated by AI and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. For anything binding, speak with a human.

7. External links and third parties

This site links to third-party services (Calendly, LinkedIn, Instagram, Formspree, Anthropic, ElevenLabs). Axon Analytics is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these services.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. Axon Analytics makes no warranty that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
